Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms govern your use of the Sapra Law website and initial communications with our office.

No lawyer-client relationship

Contacting the firm through the website or sending an email does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A relationship is created only after we complete our conflicts check, agree in writing to represent you and you sign a retainer agreement.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Please do not include highly sensitive or confidential information in your first message. Any information you share before a retainer is signed is not protected by solicitor-client privilege.

Fees and retainers

Fees, disbursements and retainer requirements are set out in writing in a retainer agreement before work begins. We follow the trust accounting and billing rules of the Law Society of Ontario.

Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos and other content on this website are owned by Sapra Law Professional Corporation and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Links to third-party sites

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
